Ford Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Ford cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in June was €74,249. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at €71,387 during July. The following two months (August, September) the selling price went through a devaluation of -7 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two, the price has gone through a -5 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from €70,199.5 to €66,478 during October and November.
The average price for Ford has gone through a significant depreciation in recent years. During "before 2000" and 2019, the average price was €11,849.35. During this period, prices pretty much remained constant. During the next two years (2020, 2021) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 248 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 11 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (€46,423.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2022, 2023) with a price of €51,599.
The graph that displays the price for Ford cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 79 % more affordable than the average price (€68,913). Next with a price of €29,190 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 4% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" priced at €41,041.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Ford cars points out to "Hybrid" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 43 % less expensive than the average market price (€68,913) followed by "Petrol" priced at €42,092. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 16 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Electric" with a price of €56,733.
The graph showing the average price for Ford cars displays those with 2 doors as the cheapest ones. They are 77 % more affordable than the average price (€68,913). These are followed by those with 3 doors with an average price of €31,846. Cars with the lowest average price have 4 !doors and are 15 % cheaper than the average followed by those with 5 doors with a selling price of €48,939.
