The selling price for Hyundai cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in September was €58,475. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at €60,842 during October. During the following two months (November, December) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 15 % from €59,658.5 to €68,881. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -45 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from €64,269.75 to €35,237.
The average price for Hyundai has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2007 and 2021, the average price is €14,193.67. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2007 (€3,783) moving up till (€40,979)in 2021. During the next two years (2022, 2023) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 245 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 10 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (€54,733.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2024, 2025) with a price of €60,476.
