BMW 1 Series Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for BMW 1 Series cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price in December was €33,214. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at €33,637 during January. During the following two months (February, March) the average selling price rose somewhat going from €33,425.5 to €37,254.5. The average price has risen 14 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (€40,441.5) during April and May.
The average price for BMW 1 Series has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2005 and 2017, the average price is €9,987.45. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2005 (€1,517) moving up till (€18,052)in 2017. During the next two years (2018, 2019) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 160 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 17 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (€31,445.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2020, 2021) with a price of €36,913.
The graph that displays the price for BMW 1 Series cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 93 % more affordable than the average price (€40,478). Next with a price of €11,554 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 1% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at €26,931.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for BMW 1 Series cars points out to "Petrol" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 19 % less expensive than the average market price (€40,478) followed by "Diesel" priced at €36,132. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 11 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Petrol" with a price of €32,616.
The graph showing the average price for BMW 1 Series cars displays those with 2 doors as the cheapest ones. They are 70 % more affordable than the average price (€40,478). These are followed by those with 3 doors with an average price of €12,909. Cars with the lowest average price have 5 !doors and are 4 % cheaper than the average followed by those with 4 doors with a selling price of €19,280.
