Kia Optima Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Kia Optima cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price in October was €18,680. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at €17,999 during November. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price rose somewhat going from €18,339.5 to €21,003. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from €19,671.25 to €19,632.5 during February and March.
The average price for Kia Optima has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2012 and 2016, the average price is €10,042.8. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2012 (€6,700) moving up till (€14,974)in 2016. During the next two years (2017, 2018) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 90 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 9 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (€21,055.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2019, 2020) with a price of €23,024.5.

It is 11% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "100,000 - 200,000" and a price of €19,058.
