Mercedes Benz S-Class Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Mercedes Benz S-Class cars have increased during the last 6 months. In September the price for a car is €65,352 increasing till €70,722 in October. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from €68,037 to €67,221.5. The average price has had spectacular rise of 21 % with an average price of €67,629.25 during the previous 4 months and €81,526.5 during the most recent months in January and February.
The average price for Mercedes Benz S-Class has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2015 and 2019, the average price is €51,843. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2015 (€34,610) moving up till (€66,608)in 2019. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 148 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 11 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (€143,753.25) and the the last two years that were studied (2023, 2024) with a price of €159,041.5.
