Toyota Prius Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Toyota Prius cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price in October was €25,953. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at €26,401 during November. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 19 % from €26,177 to €31,226. In the last two, the price has gone through a -6 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from €28,701.5 to €26,840 during February and March.
The average price for Toyota Prius has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2012 and 2019, the average price is €16,103.5. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2012 (€8,832) moving up till (€22,322)in 2019. During the next two years (2020, 2021) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 49 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 31 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (€34,624.25) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2023, 2024) with a price of €45,282.5.
