BMW 5 Series Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for BMW 5 Series cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price for March is €56,848. During April there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till €53,761. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from €55,304.5 to €52,582.5. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from €53,943.5 to €54,956 during July and August.
The average price for BMW 5 Series has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2003 and 2016, the average price is €10,436.08. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2003 (€2,080) moving up till (€25,054)in 2016. During the next two years (2017, 2018) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 263 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 12 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (€43,026.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2019, 2020) with a price of €48,180.5.

They are 80 % more affordable than the average price (€55,748). Next with a price of €24,344 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 2% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at €46,098.

It is 49 % less expensive than the average market price (€55,748) followed by "Electric" priced at €32,495. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 2 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Hybrid" with a price of €38,138.

They are 23 % cheaper than the average price for this model priced at €42,961. Cars with the lowest price have 4 doors and are 5 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
