BMW 7 Series Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for BMW 7 Series cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. In January the price for a car is €48,456 increasing till €53,434 in February. During the following two months (March, April) the average selling price rose somewhat going from €50,945 to €57,614. The average price has risen 9 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (€59,190) during May and June.
The average price for BMW 7 Series has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2011 and 2018, the average price is €33,234.83. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2011 (€13,900) moving up till (€55,195)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 135 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 14 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (€91,064.25) and the the last two years that were studied (2021, 2022) with a price of €104,095.
The graph that displays the price for BMW 7 Series cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 79 % more affordable than the average price (€61,756). Next with a price of €32,789 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 36% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of €63,995.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for BMW 7 Series cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 22 % less expensive than the average market price (€61,756) followed by "Electric" priced at €51,900. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Hybrid". It´s price is 5 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Electric" with a price of €51,900.
The graph displaying the average price for vehicles with doors shows that BMW 7 Series automobiles with the cheapest price have 4 doors. They are 5 % cheaper than the average price for this model priced at €58,751. Cars with the the highest price have 5 doors and are 62 % more expensive than the average mentioned before.
